Angel moved to Berwyn in 2010 with his wife and started a family. They have enjoyed Berwyn’s beautiful parks, Pyrce Park classes, and parades. As a volunteer baseball coach throughout the years, Angel is lovingly known around town as “Coach.” Angel's goal as Park Commissioner is to listen to the community’s concerns, foster a culture of transparency, and bring the precision developed at his 15 years of experience as a paralegal managing legal documents, cases and budgets.

Kelly and her family of five have been Berwyn residents and active members of the North Berwyn Park District for over a decade. Kelly is bilingual with two master’s degrees in education. What most sets Kelly apart is her 17 years as a teacher, her hands-on experience with kids as a mom and her practical approach to creatively solving challenges as a business owner. Kelly’s goal is to earn this position to add more programs and opportunities for teens and help better facilitate communication with the public.
